Squat
1st: 200kg
2nd: 215kg (+2.5kg PR and New HK Record)
3rd: 230kg (+17.5kg PR and New HK Record)
Bench Press
1st: 120kg
2nd: 130kg
3rd: 140kg (+10kg PR)
Deadlift
1st: 237kg (New HK Record – no video)
2nd: 245kg (New HK Record)
3rd: 250kg (No lift – no video)
I was really happy with squats and bench but I really need to work on my weak ass deadlift.
I still managed to win my class and received the best open lifter award. (:
