I’m Mexican and my husband is British. We’ll be living as expats in Hanoi, Vietnam and we are discovering tourist places, food and things to do here in Hanoi.

You two are so brave! Your Vietnamese classes are paying off and lovely to see you trying your new words. I remember David explaining the Vietnamese was a tonal language and the same word can be pronounced 6 (I think) different ways to mean different things. So if you go up or down when talking, it means something different. I had to smile when I saw Karen raising her hand when practising a new word, that's something I would have to do too!
